The purpose of this role will be to developproducts for internal clients and external customers using viewership andcontent data in support of the data products organization within Xandr company. These products reside in the cutting-edgedata-sharing platform currently known as MAC(Marketing, Advertising and Content)that combines, curates and integrates data from all AT&T Inc. entities. Youwill work with various product management teams to understand clientrequirements and create priorities for product features and enhancements. Youwill also engage with account management teams to understand our clients andcustomers and their needs. You will be directly responsible for developing andsupporting the product development strategy, implementing processes andprocedures for the execution of the product lifecycle and the creation ofproduct development roadmaps. You should have productmanagement experience, be equally comfortable working across the business anddriving technical design discussions with engineering and data science teams.You should be passionate about data products and be familiar with data lakes,AWS, and data science concepts. You will help envision, build,deploy and develop the AT&T Advertising and Analytics data products, datavisualization and analytics.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for a portfolio of data products that expose viewership and content data to customers for use in research, analytics and advertising. You will work with data product managers to understand their requirements, translate into technical product features and create detailed data product development roadmaps.
Effectivelycollaborate across viewership data engineering and viewership data scienceteams to understand capabilities, effort of requirements and developmenttimelines.
Experience andunderstanding of the AGILE product development process and associatedmethodologies.
Strong ability todevelop business solutions in coordination with teams across the data productorganization in order to improve and integrate our portfolio of products.
Adoption of dataproduct use cases, creation of clear user stories and development of tasks incoordination with viewership data engineering and viewership data scienceteams.
Track record ofsuccessfully managing projects from ideation, to development, to acceptancetesting and deployment
Responsible fortracking and maintaining viewership product feedback and support issues raisedby clients/customers and the ability to develop solutions in collaboration withour viewership data engineering and viewership data science teams.
Strong aptitude withMicrosoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Will beresponsible for using these tools to present development progress and keymilestones to senior leadership on an ongoing basis.
Bachelor’s Degree inBusiness or Technical fields (Information Systems Technology, Computer Scienceor Engineering)
Desired MBA orMaster’s degree
Desired5-8 years of experience in Product Development and/or Program Management,preferably with Advertising of Marketing focus
Desired experience in agile and lean startup product management processes
Experience leading complex strategic and operational initiatives and working through technical, business, operational, and legal/compliance issues.
Working knowledge of AT&T viewership data sources, DIRECTV, DIRECTV NOW, U-verse, NFL Sunday Ticket
Entrepreneurial drive, ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
Be an influencer, across many disparate teams, translating between technical team and product stakeholders
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate and delivery across different groups and levels in the organization
