Sr Manager - Experiential Marketing

Xandr is hiring a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, who will be responsible for global marketing activities related to program/product development. The Senior Manager will work with the head of Marketing to drive marketing activities and strategies for Xandr, supporting the launch of new products and innovative campaigns on time and within budget. This role will collaborate with a broad group of cross-functional partners to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, and communication strategies to engage our customers at all points along the customer journey. Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist in developing brand plan, complete with outlined objectives, strategy and
tactics ensuring growth goals are met
• Bring to life brand positioning and branding principles - identify and lead
initiatives to ensure they permeate across our industry and among our key
client constituents
• Lead the development of key brand initiatives, and proactively partner with
cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to drive brand engagement
throughout the year
• Establish and foster cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders in
sales, product, business intelligence, and marketing to understand how the
team can help support company-wide initiatives and campaigns
• Write compelling creative briefs, and partner with creative agencies to guide
and evaluate creative work; manage agencies in the development of consumer
communication content, promotions and programs from brief to execution
• Clearly communicate key marketing strategies and ideas in key marketing
leadership forums. Support the development of written presentations for senior
• Lead the development of written communications including marketing business
plans and promotional recaps, presentations for senior leadership, and
business cases for new programs or initiatives to support growth strategies to
ensure brand integrity
• Serve as a brand analyst for the team, turning data into actionable insights to
drive brand love and value; develop key findings and recommended actions
pre- and post- business performance
• Strategic execution and management of brand campaigns, including detailed
oversight and maintenance of internal documents, budget management and
adherence to timelines/deliverables/schedules

• Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
• Full proficiency with MS Office Tools (i.e. PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
• Self-starter who enjoys finding ways to improve things without direction
• High energy, strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, willingness to do
whatever it takes to deliver results

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-8 years in a support role, 2 working with a senior executive
