Senior Program Manager

About the job:
• Become an AppNexus domain expert and share that expertise with customers
• Build and maintain relationships cross-functionally; collaborate with sales teams and senior executives internally to ensure client success
• Deeply understand the customers’ business to help them leverage the possibilities offered by the AppNexus platform
• Help build our Services practice, including developing best practices, customer facing assets, and internal resources
• Facilitate the assembly of senior leadership boards to oversee program strategy and serve as an escalation point.
• Send regular program status updates to both internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in defining program strategy and facilitating alignment between AppNexus and the client
• Design and implement operational models to ensure smooth execution of underlying projects
• Capture business requirements and use cases to handoff to the Product team to inform the platform roadmap


• Interacting with senior executive and c-suite leadership
• 5-10 years of relevant Project Management
• 2–3 years of relevant Project Management Experience
• Experience driving strategic planning exercises
• Experience running moderately large programs with several concurrent projects
• Experience implementing change management and risk management processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience staffing large engagements
• Experience providing guidance and clarification to consulting resources
• Experience with managing and influencing stakeholders
