Senior Marketing Manager

Xandr seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy for publishers. The Xandr Platform is an advanced buy-side and sell-side technology platform that enables buyers and sellers to access and trade premium inventory in a transparent and streamlined environment. This role will take ownership of marketing for the sell side of the digital platform which includes products such as the Xandr SSP and the Xandr Ad Server. Xandr is a new kind of advertising company leveraging distribution, data, premium content and technology to connect people with the brands and content most relevant to them. We are a collective with a common purpose: make advertising matter for brands, content owners, and consumers alike.

About the team:
The Product Marketing team is responsible for leading the strategic positioning of products and solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle and customer experience. You’ll play a vital role in leading the amplification of messages for publishers, including development of marketing plans to support an effective go-to-market execution. In this role you’ll be key to the amplification of our product and feature messages in market as the glue between Product Marketing Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams. In short, we’re looking for someone with a passion about advertising technology and marketing campaigns to join us in building and giving a voice to innovative solutions for publishers.

About the job:
• Develop go-to-market marketing strategy in support of new sell-side platform solutions and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive readiness for launch
• Gather market intelligence from Sales or customers and analyze competitor initiatives to inform marketing strategy and prioritize tactics and messaging to drive product adoption
• Turn product value propositions into effective sales enablement materials such as case studies or presentations for strategic customer meetings or speaking opportunities
• Execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with Product Marketing Managers and Solutions Marketing team


About your skills and experience:
• 4 years’ experience in marketing in a technology company with a preference for publisher or advertising technology experience
• Strong understanding of a broad range of marketing tactics including events, email marketing, trade advertising, promotional videos, website and SEM marketing
• Experience engaging with sales teams and product marketing to support top-level sales meetings and drive marketing priorities
• Superb project management skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously and independently drive outcomes
• Top notch communication skills to be able to convey product positioning to marketing partners and create content in partnership with product marketing and corporate communications
• Creative flair to bring fresh ideas to marketing campaigns and sales enablement collateral
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and exciting, but at times, ambiguous environment
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required
