o Manage 6-10 Sales Planners and Coordinators in NYC, Chicago, and LA
• Establish weekly operating cadence with individual teams via weekly team check-ins, hold additional larger team meetings for housekeeping items when necessary
• Ensure team is aware of any changes to products, systems, policies, selling estimates, network compositions, etc.
• Manage direct report competencies, goals, areas of improvement via regular communication and coaching
o Provide structured support and training for new hires using a training manual, collateral, and specific platform and context discussions
o Enforce upper management policies and policies/procedures required by other teams
o Develop and implement guidelines/best practices based on platform and system knowledge
o Implement incentivization’s based on feedback from Sales and upper management direction
o Liaison between Upper Management, and all other groups within AdWorks, and the Planning team
o Liaise with Sales
• Make recommendations for alternate strategies when a request from Sales or a client is not approved
• Train AEs on platform/product details (internal policies, system functionality, etc.)
• Explain pricing decisions and help determine best way to position externally
o Drive the adoption and improvement in pricing strategies, competencies, process, systems, tools and incentives
o Complete ad hoc requests for upper management


o Education: Bachelors Degree
o Experience: 4+ Years of Pricing and Planning Experience
o Ability to manage and lead by example in high growth and fast paced environment.
o Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize, work with competing deadlines, and adapt to change
