As part of the Corporate Social Responsiblity (CSR) & Community Engagement team, you will be responsible for creating and executing programs that advance Xandr’s social and environmental sustainability initiatives, including Tech for Good, employee volunteerism, education & talent pipeline, environmental sustainability, philanthropy and community engagement.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
·Help define Xandr’s CSR philosophy, strategy and core focus areas
·Manage CSR program execution worldwide, in partnership with employee groups, AT&T Inc. and community organizations
·Research and evaluate new CSR opportunities and partnerships
·Partner with communications teams to increase internal and external awareness of programs, helping drive employee engagement and brand reputation
·Create, curate and promote CSR content internally and externally (blogs, video, email, case studies, social, awards etc.), in partnership with communications teams and agency support.
·Ensure clear alignment between CSR and employer brand initiatives
·Build and manage a global network of employee CSR champions (includes Global Ambassadors and Tech for Good Steering Committee partnership)
·Work with D&I and Recruiting teams to developprogramsthat build our pipeline of diverse talent
·Create and communicate internal processes, guidelines, employee resources and tools
·Develop projects that embed social impact and sustainability into existing business operations.
·Quantify impact and value to the business & develop ongoing tracking and reporting mechanisms
·Identify and monitor industry best practices and trends
