DescriptionThe Senior Director, Creative Strategy is responsible for providing vision and direction to all aspects of the brand, including graphic design, photography, copy and advertising, with the ability to embrace and communicate the brand across internal and external channels, defining and applying a unified brand look and feel across all touchpoints. This role requires both creative savviness and a strategic mindset. Successful candidates will have exceptional visual craft skills, a strong conceptual foundation, strong analytical and project management skills, experience overseeing budget, and a proven ability to hire, mentor and grow junior and mid-level talent. Develop and enforce brand principles and style guides to inform design and messaging across all touchpoints (print, video, digital, website, marketing materials, experiential, etc.) The role will report into the head of Marketing.
QualificationsAccreditation, Certification, or Licenses
Background in Art Direction and/or Design, BFA or BA in related field, Graduate degree in Media or Design preferred
Training and Special Skills
Deep knowledge of design techniques, practices and technologies. Complete fluency with imaging software applications. Solid knowledge of print production and printing techniques. Experience with project management and tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, etc.
