The Scaled Services Lead is responsible for maintaining and implementing Xandr creative and domain policies, Scaled Services reporting, collaborating with our Product and Engineering teams, and project managing key initiatives.

This role is perfect for someone who has 3-4 years of work experience, strong leadership capabilities, loves to dig into policies and procedures, has a keen eye for categorization and cross-functional relationships, and loves to put their innovative skills to work evolving our current processes and empowering our customers.


Qualifications

• Previous leadership and client services experience
• Strong professional communication skills
• Passionate about working in an extremely fast-paced, demanding, and fluid
environment
• Proficient with MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Ability to learn quickly and a desire to share knowledge
• Exceptional organization, time management and problem solving skills
• Familiarity with online media buying and selling, advertising technology solutions,
and 3rd party served tags (Atlas, Doubleclick, Pointroll) a plus
