Supports DR Sales Team’s various functional operations within a sales channel and maintains operational processes in support of the channel. Responsibilities may include billing support, maintenance of accounts, order entry and archiving contractual documents. Supporting Account Executive on all agency presentations and key sales materials. Performing maintenance on accounts by coordinating with agencies on clearance updates, accommodating move requests, brand allocations, and resolving inventory and billing discrepancies. Coordinating and working cross functionally with Finance on client set up. Communicating with the traffic department and advertising agencies on all traffic materials.
Education: A degree in Marketing, Advertising,
Communications, Economics, Business or related field is preferred.
Candidates must be detail and deadline-oriented, team-players, and thrive in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Client facing experience preferred. **
