Join The Marketing Solutions Team at Xandr! Together, we are responsible for the Xandr brand experience globally, through the development, planning, management and execution of event activations at global tentpole, O&O, sponsored, and industry events. The team is responsible for corporate and employer brand touchpoints including client premiums, corporate wear, and holiday gifts, and the brand experience for our event spaces and content studio at the Xandr HQ in NYC.​ The team also oversees marketing operations for Xandr, supporting the automation of marketing KPIs, PMO for cross functional projects and marketing team systems and integrations


The Marketing Automation Manager will play a key role in supporting the strategy for operational rigor on the marketing team. Reporting into the Director Marketing Operations, Marketing Solutions, this individual will be responsible for assisting with developing automation strategy and serving as the connective tissue for visualizing overall effectiveness of marketing strategy/plan. Will be responsible for collaborating with all marketing functions to quantify efforts in a streamlined, scalable way. Will support and develop the infrastructure of end to end metrics reporting from initial/ongoing data collection to dashboarding & visualizing cross functional ROI/KPI metrics. This individual will also oversee and implement automated marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the Director Marketing Operations in developing strategy for ROI tracking & project managing key initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing and other business units across Xandr for cross functional projects
  • Document processes & streamlining data collection & analytics for the team

·Enhance and maintain marketing KPI dashboards, execution on automation/lead gen needs

·Development of cross-functional project plans

·Establish a range of automated campaigns based on varying criteria and ongoing review of campaign performance (campaigns currently developed in Salesforce)

Job Requirements:

·Recognized self-starter capable of flourishing in fast-paced and dynamic environment

·1-3 years of experience in marketing, media, advertising technology or similar relevant field

·Proficiency within PowerPoint, Excel, and Word with a high level of aesthetic and organization

·Strong analytical mindset & demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering against tight deadlines

·Previous experience using Marketing Automation platforms (i.e. Marketo, Pardot,etc.)

·Previous experience in dashboarding & project management tools (i.e. Power BI, smartsheet, etc.)
