Manager, Account Management

The Account Manager will ensure that clients’ business needs are met through quality client service. This person will work closely with the necessary parties within Xandr to guide strategic clients on best practices for structuring sustainable and profitable campaigns. This highly visible position works closely with other department’s and members of the AM management team in order to achieve their goals:

• Flawlessly executing against contracted requirements
• Forging strong relationships with external partners as well as internal stakeholders
• Strategically growing the business relationships
• Grow partner revenues by monitoring and analyzing client success metrics, taking proactive steps to improve user experience, and identifying upsell and expansion opportunities
• Communicate business intelligence from clients to the product management team in regards to new product development features


Required Qualifications:
Accreditation, Certification, or Licenses
• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years previous work in relevant client service or client success roles
• Expertise managing campaigns of different sizes and goals in major DSPs, or working with SSPs on publisher's side.
• Previous Ad Operations experience and fluency in a programmatic media buying technology/platform a plus
• Video / TV specific background preferred
• Bring a growth-oriented attitude to the role
• Ability to think critically about both clients’ needs and internal solutions
• Strong work ethic and autonomous initiative; desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Passionate and love what you are doing!

Training and Special Skills
• Previous account management experience along with outstanding relationship management and customer service skills
• Very strong analytical skills combined with a solid understanding of web technologies, digital media revenue ecosystem, and advertising measurements and analytics
• Sales-oriented mindset with a history of successfully driving revenue by expanding and upselling partners
• Thorough understanding of advertisement and media technology along with experience managing relationships with technical client teams
• Positive, fun energy combined with experience mentoring and training AM team members
