Lead Product Marketing Manager – Xandr Media Publishing Innovation

Xandr Media Publishing is responsible for operating a suite of digital media products that collectively garner over 30 million unique visitors each month, including AT&T’s largest digital property, The team is collectively responsible for all aspects of its products, including platform/technology selection, vendor/partner management, product strategy and roadmaps, Scrum-based Agile product development, content curation, analytics, and revenue/yield management.

The Lead Product Marketing Manager – Innovation will lead new product development from ideation to implementation and release. Keeping in mind our core assets and capabilities, this individual will undertake market research to identify new products and/or enhancements to existing products to drive user engagement and revenue for the business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Devising and implementing frameworks and processes to foster innovative thinking within the team

  • Developing partnerships with external companies and other internal innovation groups to share ideas and generate new ones

  • Identifying new areas of opportunity for the business, and generating new product ideas and solutions to take advantage

  • Conducting market research and developing business models to support proposed investments new products

  • Creating and delivering pitches for new ideas for presentation to executive leadership

  • Executing to develop and launch new products and capabilities to market


Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • Experience leading innovation processes and frameworks, including Design thinking

  • Ability to collaborate with and influence others without a formal reporting relationship

  • Proficiency in market research and building financial models

  • Skilled at building compelling pitches; proficient with Office products, including PowerPoint

  • Prior product marketing/management experience, including Agile software development practices

  • Capability to translate ideas and vision into product definition and requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully bring new products and features to market

  • Ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/marketing or engineering discipline; MBA preferred

  • 3-5 years experience in product management and/or innovation

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA preferred
