Xandr is hiring a Director, Strategic Partnerships – Programmers based in New York, NY who will report to the VP of Programmer Partnerships. In this role, the successful candidate will own and cultivate partnerships with some of the leading media companies in the world, identifying business opportunities within existing accounts and driving revenue by delivering on shared client and Xandr business objectives. This role is perfect for someone seeking to have a major impact on the short and long term success of the company.

Job Responsibilities
• Establishes new business partnerships while maintaining the business
relationship with existing partners
• Owns the Xandr digital partnership with Sales, Revenue Ops, and Ad
Operations Leaders at large, strategic programmers, driving long-term
partnership value by having a deep understanding of their business, technical
and operational challenges
• Acts as an internal advocate for partners, prioritizing initiatives that address
their most pressing needs while achieving Xandr’s business objectives
• Collaborates internally across BD, Services, Ops, Product, Data, and Legal
teams to develop and execute opportunities which enhance existing products
offerings, generate new revenue streams, and drive use of our technology

Qualifications

• Deep subject matter expertise of the digital ad ecosystem (video and display) as
well as macro trends affecting large programmers
• A proven track record (7+ years) of building senior level relationships with ad
sales and operations leaders and representing their needs to senior internal
stakeholders
• The ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Candidate has a high EQ and can thrive in a dynamic environment
