Design, develop and implement launch strategy and programs for products and services within the AT&T portfolio. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Develops business plans and positioning of cutting edge products in the marketplace. Product lines managed are considered critical to the overall success of the company. Possesses a unique mastery of leading edge technologies, relevant disciplines, theories, or techniques within the organization. Using broad expertise and unique knowledge, this position contributes to the development of AT&T objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. Accountable for revenue attainment and profitability. Viewed as product owner within AT&T throughout the life cycle of product. The Director Product Marketing conducts multi-year product planning to determine and execute product life-cycle decisions. Ensures and monitors product consistency for alignment with the overall marketing and corporate strategy. Oversees the product performance, revenue, market share, penetration, and profitability objectives to determine and recommend product marketing strategy expenditures. Evaluates the performance, career planning and development for the team. Influences decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.
