The Director, Education and Enablement is responsible for driving the design and development of training and readiness programs for the go-to-market teams across Xandr and for our buy and sell side customers. This individual will lead a team that owns the implementation of training programs that support the Media, Data and Platform businesses within Xandr, as well as external customer training and education for our products and services.

As part of the Product Marketing organization, which is responsible for accelerating go-to-market efforts and ensuring commercial success, this individual will lead a team to develop education and enablement programs focused on advertising industry/marketplace knowledge, Xandr products and services, employee development or skills-based training, and accelerated onboarding.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·Work collaboratively with key members across the organization to drive the overall vision, strategy and development of education and enablement programs

·Work closely with subject matter experts across the organization to create internal and customer training sessions and materials

·Oversee the prioritization and development of all training curriculum

·Deploy training through multiple touchpoints globally, and interface with systems and technology teams as needed

·Partner with key vendors to ensure quality, consistency, and relevance of all training materials and programs


Qualifications

  • A passion for delivering compelling and engaging learning programs and initiatives to an excellent standard
  • Ability to influence without authority across a broad range of key stakeholders
  • Must be comfortable communicating at all levels from C-Suite to junior team members, with cross-functional teams and both internal and external customers
  • Exceptional project management, multi-tasking, organizational, writing and presentation skills
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

·10+ years’ experience in related field, with 5-7 years managing a team

·Thorough understanding of the advertising and media industry a definite plus
