Xandr is looking for a driven and data-savvy Customer Marketing Manager to support the strategy and execution of account based marketing programs across the globe. This candidate will play a critical role in theProduct Marketing organization, working with top strategic clients, building global assets and campaigns, and developing marketing programs across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven leader with experience building and leading marketing programs in media andadvertisingtechnology. The candidate will work in partnership with leadership, commercial teams, and cross-channel marketing constituents.
- Develop Xandr customer marketing strategy and programs, working closely with marketing leadership and commercial teams, ensuring they are strategically aligned and impeccably executed across the globe
- Build relationships with Xandr’s top strategic clients to develop targeted account based marketing programs and digital campaigns to drive revenue, growth and product adoption
- Strategize, execute, and optimize global customer programs at scale, working to activate all channels of marketing in partnership with all functions of marketing: newsletters & email marketing, GTM materials, campaigns, content, communications, events, case studies, testimonials,advisory councils,and more
- Build an engaged customer base across all phases of the customer lifecycle relationship – from awareness to advocacy
- Develop actionable market insights: monitor competition, understand industry trends, explore customer behaviours.
- Ensure closed loop reporting and measurement to track success against marketing programs
- Proactively research and identify new opportunities and process improvements, and incorporate those learnings into the global strategy
- Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree.
- Experience: Typically requires 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility.
