Description

Manages a team that sells behavior targeted display and search advertising to clients and agencies. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for achieving revenue targets. Develops and implements sales initiatives and tactical plans. Continually evaluates sales performance of sales team and modifies plans to better results. Allocates resources to meet sales goals. Contacts large accounts and assists sales team in closing challenging sales. Counsels and advises subordinates regarding performance and discipline. Makes suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, and other status changes for employees under their supervision. Education: Bachelors Degree preferred. Experience: 10 - 12 Years experience preferred. Supervisory: Yes
